Phillip and the Magic Balloon is a wonderful story about a little boy who, through his vivid imagination, travels the world in a magical balloon. He is thrilled and delighted to be able to visit places and meet people that he has only read about in his own books.

As he and his balloon make their way across the skies from continent to continent, Phillip quickly makes new friends and learns all about their way of life. And, because his balloon is magical, it gives him the ability to change the clothes he wears, and to look like and understand the people he visits.
