Howard V. Blair develops shopping centers and was President, for 25 years, of Jr. Food Marts, Inc, and CEO of several affiliates he founded. His Company became the tenth largest convenience store chain in America. He retired in1995. He earned his degree in Journalism at the University of Oklahoma working as a policeman.

He now practices a new life as an author. His tales come from experience. His first book, "Class: Thoughts of an Ordinary Man" was published October 6, 2007. He has just completed his second venture, "Unwritten Law". A third is in the making. Its title is "The Next President".
