Kelly Keenan Trumpbour has spent the last eight years inside interest groups and the government offices that interact with them.

She is currently the Outreach Director for the Women Under Forty Political Action Committee and an Executive Board Member of the nonprofit Running Start. Kelly has also served as the Public Policy Chair for the National Association of Women Business Owner's Baltimore Regional Chapter. Her work has allowed her to lobby on Capitol Hill, educate groups about policy issues, and lecture at colleges and universities. Kelly holds a JD from the University of Maryland School of Law, and MBA from Johns Hopkins University, and an MALA from St. John's College.
